Newer life and health coach friend, this is great perspective on timeline and what running a business involves. It takes time and grit💪🏽. And a supportive network.

You don’t have to use paid ads - this is one approach. But you do need to allow time to build your audience.

It makes so much sense to have a few coaching clients as you get started.
1 you can be honest and tell them you’re getting started, will offer them a discounted price in exchange for honest feedback - so you can develop your program
2 you can start earning some $ to invest in business coaching and help with developing your messaging
3 you gain confidence and get to know your ideal clients intimately without feeling as much pressure
